Christopher Chancellor is a student of technology at the University of Houston.

More specifically, I'm in my junior year of studying Computer Information Systems at the UH College of Technology. I enjoy this field immensely, and I'm ready to finish school and see what the tech world has in store for me.

I am the Lead Computer Technician at Cougar Byte, a full-service technology store on the University of Houston campus. I'm experienced in repairing both hardware and software issues that arise on student- and university-owned computers, as well as in working with customers on a personal level. I will soon attain the Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) credential and will move on to studying for the CompTIA A+ certification.

GNU/Linux is a small passion of mine, and it's my hope to gain enough knowledge on the operating system to earn a Linux certification, and possibly even find a career working with it if the stars align. In case you were wondering, this website is hosted on a (wonderful) VPS running Debian 7.3.0 and nginx. Yeah, you probably weren't wondering.

Check out my LinkedIn if you're looking for an energetic IT recruit, or send me an email and tell me how awesome I am. I've been known to show up on Twitter from time to time. If you like the look of this page, all this site's content is available on GitHub. Fork me, bro.
